Boxing legend Rayford Collins suffers heart attack

JACKSON,Tenn. – Rayford Collins was admitted into Jackson Madison County General Hospital’s emergency room on Thursday night after suffering one of two heart attacks. The second heart attack occurred Friday morning. “It got progressively worse,” explained Collins’ wife, Rhonda. “I have talked with him three or four times today. The situation with his health and age is serious.” Rhonda says doctors plan to do a heart catheterization to find out how much blockage there is in his heart. “It’s going to be a dangerous procedure.” Stay with us throughout the week for the latest on Rayford Collins’ health.
