Bolivar councilman passes away

BOLIVAR, Tenn. — A Bolivar city councilman has passed away, according to city officials. According to the Bolivar city administrator, David Rhea passed away Wednesday morning. He was 63 years old and had served as a city councilman for six years. The memorial service for Rhea is 11 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Bolivar. The visitation is Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
