Jackson Christian School starting ‘Wings’ program

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson Christian School has announced a new program intended to better serve the individual needs of the school’s students. Starting this fall, the school with launch the “Wings” program, which school officials describe as an “over-arching structure for students with literacy and special needs.” Those involved in the program said each student in the Wings program will have four individualized components for students. The program will address issues from students with reading-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia. The program also will serve special needs students as well as students who qualify as gifted.
