Crockett Co. man accused of shooting at girlfriend

CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — A man was behind bars Wednesday evening after being accused of shooting at his girlfriend while she was driving. According to a release from the Crockett County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Chumney is accused of firing three shots as his girlfriend drove away, hitting the car. Deputies say they found a semi-automatic handgun on Chumney. He is jailed in Crockett County in lieu of a $550,000 bond.
