Goodwill to host job fair in Martin

MARTIN, Tenn. — Job seekers will have an opportunity Tuesday to apply for available positions at a job fair in Martin. The fair will be hosted by Goodwill Career Solutions and take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Martin City Hall, located at 109 University Street. The event is for Manpower and will offer job hunters a chance to apply for more than 20 jobs in Martin, Trenton and Union City. Openings include general labor, machine operator and forklift operator. Pay rates range from $8-$15 per hour based on experience. Manpower representatives will be on site, and job candidates are asked to bring a resume, photo ID, Social Security card or birth certificate. They also should dress for success and be prepared to complete an online application and to interview.
