Weakley Co. deputies arrest one, seek another in home break-ins

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — Officers have arrested one man and are seeking another in connection with a string of residential burglaries. Terrence Ball, 18, has been arrested and Marlon Jones, 26, is being sought in break-ins officers say took place in Weakley, Gibson and Carroll counties, according to a release from the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department. Both men are from Bradford, according to the release. Both men are charged with aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000 and vandalism, with the vandalism charge resulting from damages to the doors of the residences, the release states. Some of the stolen items were recovered in houses in Bradford and the Martin area. The arrests come as a result of cooperation between investigators with the Weakley, Gibson and Carroll County sheriff’s offices.
