Police: Woman tried to steal whitening strips, razors from Walmart
DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A woman accused of trying to steal teeth whitening strips and razor blades from Walmart appeared Tuesday in city court. Jessica McCaskill was detained at Walmart in north Jackson after a store loss prevention officer allegedly saw her put Crest White Strips, razor blades and a tank top in her purse before trying to leave the store without paying, according to an affidavit. McCaskill is charged with theft of property under $500. Her bond is set at $5,000.
