Two Jackson police officers have not-so-average night
JACKSON, Tenn. — Tuesday night was not-so-average for two Jackson police officers. Around 8:15 p.m., officers Josh Vincent and Kevin Livingston were flagged down along Lambuth Boulevard. About a minute later, Officer Vincent helped deliver a healthy baby boy. The sergeant on the scene told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News at one point it appeared the umbilical cord was around the baby’s neck. Thanks to some training he received while serving in the Marine Corps, mom and baby are doing well.
