Woman accused of hitting husband with vehicle
DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A Jackson woman went before a judge Thursday on accusations of striking her husband with her vehicle and running over his bicycle. Felicia Velasquez is charged with speeding toward her husband while he was riding his bike down Airways Boulevard. She allegedly swerved into a parking lot, hitting him and then dragging the bike through the parking lot and into the street. Velasquez is charged with aggravated domestic assault and vandalism.
