GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Gas Association made a stop in Trenton on Tuesday at the state’s first green refueling station. The visit is part of the TGA’s Compressed Natural Gas Across Tennessee Rally and will mark the grand opening of the green and environmentally friendly Gibson County Energy Complex, located at the Gibson County Utility District. The event will showcase how Gibson County Utility District has taken advantage of every energy savings aspect of the environment while also providing savings at the pump due to the low cost of natural gas for vehicle fuel, according to a release from the Tennessee Gas Association. The rally also includes stops in Memphis, Nashville, Athens and Sevier County.
