Man wanted for murder in West Tenn. arrested in W.Va.

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Police in West Virginia have arrested a man recently indicted on a murder charge in the death of his wife on Christmas Day in West Tennessee. Chad Henry was arrested in the nearby state by local police where deputies say he was working. Henry was indicted in Decatur County. Henry is accused of running over his wife with his truck. She was taken to a hospital and later died on New Year’s Day, deputies have said. Henry is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and DUI. It is unclear when he will be extradited to Tennessee.
