TN unemployment rate falls to lowest level in 7 years
NASHVILLE, Tenn.-There is more good news for Tennessee as
unemployment fell to six percent in April. According to the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, that is the lowest state unemployment rate in seven years. The national unemployment rate declined from 6.2 percent to 5.4 percent during the same period.
