UTM Jackson Kid College
Dates: June 1 – June 5, 2015 Time: 8:30AM- 12:15PM Registration fee: $85 per student and includes Kid College t-shirt and supplies Location: UT Martin Jackson Center, 3031 Hwy 45 Bypass, Jackson, TN Kid College is a five-day program June 1 – 5 for children who will attend Kindergarten in Fall, 2015 through the 5th grade. Our goal for Kid College is to provide your child an opportunity to have a fun-learning experience. Children will be divided into small groups based on their grade. They will rotate through the series of classes. Registration fee: $85 and includes a Kid College t-shirt and all supplies. To ensure your child has a wonderful experience at Kid College: Register your child in advance. Enrollment is limited. Registration & Payment instructions are on the registration form. Complete the RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORM and the PUBLICITY RELEASE. Nametags will be provided and should be worn daily. Provide a backpack for supplies. Label everything! Children will be supervised at all times. Please call us at 731-881-7081 if your child will be absent. The USDA Summer Food Program is providing our morning snack and lunch. Kid College t-shirts and nametags will be available for pick up on Thursday and Friday May 28 and 29. When you pick up your child‘s nametag and t-shirt, you will be given a car tag with your child‘s name on it for Curb Side pick-up each day. Please put the tag on the dashboard on the passenger side. Drop Off 8:15 – 8:30 Parents are asked to park and bring their student into the Jackson Center Pick Up 12:15 – 12:30 Parents are asked to park and come into the Jackson Center to pick up their student.
