DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A woman was in city court Tuesday after an early morning traffic stop allegedly led officers to drug paraphernalia. Police pulled over a blue Ford Taurus driven by Vicki Newman around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday for driving with no headlights or tail lights, according to an affidavit. Newman gave consent to search the vehicle, and police found a pipe used for smoking crack cocaine, the document states.
