JACKSON, Tenn. — Congratulations are in order for Jackson Mayor Jerry Gist. He tells WBBJ he was officially sworn in Wednesday morning during a private ceremony. Gist defeated former state senator Lowe Finney during the city election back in May. This will be his third term.
