Man charged in 2013 Decatur Co. shooting gets new court date

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — The man accused of first-degree murder in the death of Wesley Conway now has a new court date. In Decatur County Circuit Court Thursday morning, officials decided 39-year-old Dustin Lovelace would appear in court again Sept. 22. In November 2013, members of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation say Conway was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound. The motive and circumstances behind that shooting both are part of the ongoing investigation.
