UNION CITY, Tenn. — One person was airlifted after a Tuesday crash reportedly involving a car and a parked truck that left both vehicles overturned. Officials with a local radio station say the driver of a 2007 Pontiac G6 was driving down Reelfoot Avenue when it crossed all four lanes of traffic, hit a curb, went airborne and crashed into a 2009 Dodge pickup truck that was unoccupied at the time. Both vehicles were overturned. The driver was injured and had to be airlifted to Vanderbilt, according to a crash report.
