Firefighters train on driving simulator

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — It’s not a video game, but firefighters took the steering wheel in front of three screens Thursday for virtual training. The Humboldt Fire Department held a training seminar for their crew to learn how to safely drive tankers without flipping them over. The firefighters practiced driving the heavy equipment on a simulator at the department.
