Police respond to shots fired call overnight

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police respond to a shots fired call overnight in midtown Jackson.
Police say it happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of North Highland Avenue.
Shell casings were seen littering the ground at the scene.
Police say no one was hurt and no property was damaged.
Officers did not release a suspect description.
