TBI most wanted sex offender arrested in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — One of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s most wanted sex offenders was arrested Monday night in Jackson. William Ellison was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Service. Ellison was placed on the TBI’s Most Wanted Sex Offender list. According to the TBI, Ellison was wanted for violating the state’s sex offender registry laws.
