Body identified as missing Jackson man

JACKSON, Tenn. — A body found last week in a downtown Jackson building has been identified as that of a missing man, according to police. The body found Aug. 17 inside Ideal Cleaners at 235 West Main Street has been identified as Kenneth McCalister, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department. McCalister, also known as Cadillac, was 53 years old and had been reported missing Aug. 10. Police say he had serious health problems. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
