U.S. Marshals arrest man while on job at fast food restaurant

NORTH JACKSON — U.S. Marshals paid a visit to a local fast-food restaurant Wednesday afternoon — but they weren’t on lunch break. Officers arrested Jamecus Blackwell, an employee of Sonic on West University Parkway, on a warrant for aggravated assault stemming from an incident in Jackson, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
