Judge: Trial date will soon be set in Holly Bobo case

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — The judge in the Holly Bobo case is expected to set a trial date during a conference next month. Judge Creed McGinley had a phone conference Friday with all parties involved in the case. They will have another phone conference Sept. 30, at which time McGinley will set a motion date, appearance date and trial date, according to the judge’s office. Brothers Dylan and Zach Adams along with Jason Autry were indicted earlier this year on counts of kidnapping, raping and killing Bobo.
