PARIS, Tenn. — A family is without a home after their Henry County house burned down overnight. The fire was so massive it took about four different fire departments to put out the flames. “We got dispatched to Palestine Road, and upon arrival flames were coming out of the roof,” fire chief Michael Williams Sr. said. According to Williams, it took about 40,000 gallons of water to eliminate the flames. However, some of those flames rekindled this morning, and the Paris fire department was called out again to put out the fire. The family lost nearly all of their belongings aside from the cars that were stored in the garage. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
