JACKSON, Tenn. — If you need a haircut, a group of hair stylists in Jackson will clip locks for a good cause Saturday. The Hair Design School in Jackson says it’ll donate all the money brought in to WRAP. It’s all part of National Beauty Day, a one-day national fundraising effort to raise awareness and funds to combat domestic violence. “We felt that that’s a worthy cause in this area and our company agrees, and we want to give back to our community because we feel by giving back to them, we want to show them how much we appreciate what they’ve given to us,” instructor Ron Guyton said. Over the past decade, Empire Education Group, who owns the Hair Design School, has donated more than $2 million in cash and free services to shelters and their residents. They will offer haircuts from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
