U.S. Marshals arrest fugitive in Hardin County
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — U.S. Marshals arrest a fugitive suspected in an assault near Saltillo earlier this week. Joel Jackson was arrested late Thursday afternoon at a home on Citizen Street in Saltillo. Marshals say he surrendered without incident. He was also wanted on charges of violating parole and failure to show up to serve his sentence. He was previously convicted of drug trafficking in Hardin County.
