Field of Flags honors veterans in Chester County
CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — Dozens of Henderson and Chester county veterans were honored Wednesday for their service. The annual event included prayer, music and guest speakers as well as reading all the military men and women memorialized in this year’s field of flags. “Don’t forget what you stood for, what you did and where you came from, whatever it is,” Master Sgt. Gloria Holiday said. “My daddy always said whatever you do, you be a good one.” The Chester County High School hosted lunch for all the veterans after the service.
