Jackson woman is contestant on ‘Let’s Make a Deal’
JACKSON, Tenn. — A Jackson woman hit the big time this week on a national TV game show. Brilma Askew was picked as a contestant on “Let’s Make a Deal.” She had the chance to win a mystery vacation if she could guess the location based off clues but decided to take a deal for $800. Askew says she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. “You just can be yourself, you know. Good laughter. Good fun. Not worrying about nothing, just being happy, and that’s what I like,” Askew said.
