USJ baseball player signs with Louisiana Tech
JACKSON, Tenn. — Tears filled a USJ library Friday morning as baseball favorite Logan Carey signed to play with Louisiana Tech. Carey plays center field at the University School of Jackson. He started his baseball career when he was 5. Carey says he knew signing day would be exciting and emotional. With dozens of friends, teammates and family members by his side Friday, Carey said he’s thankful for his support system and that he’s looking forward to heading south.
