Police ask for help to ID suspect in Old Medina Market burglary

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are asking the public to help ID a suspect in a recent burglary at Old Medina Market. Investigators say a black male appearing to be in his early 20s entered the store through a drive-thru window Nov. 15 and stole two six-packs of beer, cigarillos, chips and about $120 in cash. Security video shows the suspect wearing a white hoodie with a maroon shirt underneath, light jeans and Nike shoes with a red or maroon Nike logo, according to police. Officers think the suspect was picked up by a newer-model, dark-colored Ford F-150 with a tan stripe across the bottom. Anyone who can identify the suspect or has other information is asked to call Jackson police at 731-425-8400 or Crime Stoppers at 731-424-TIPS (8477).
