City reopens Carriage House Drive construction areas
JACKSON, Tenn. — Much to the relief of Hub City drivers, Carriage House Drive is back open. The road was closed to thru-traffic in October, shutting off the popular connection between North Highland Avenue and the Highway 45 Bypass. The reopening comes as a relief to business owners in the area who contacted us complaining of slow sales and parking lot dangers due to the closure.
