The volleyball season isn’t over yet. Liberty Tech is gearing up to host the inaugural West Tennessee all-star volleyball game on Halloween. “I’ve had a few of the players message me on Twitter and say they’re excited we’re on the same team,” Liberty Tech senior Katie Jones said. “I’m excited to meet them, and just to play one more time on the court.” A total of 24 seniors will close out their high school career on Saturday. South Side’s Kiya Sain wants to finish on a high-note. “It makes me feel like I’m a really good athlete to be chosen to do this,” Sain said. “I’m actually really excited to see the other competition and give them a good show.” Saturday’s contest begins at 3 p.m. Admission is $5.
