Organization brings joy to residents of assisted living center for Thanksgiving
JACKSON, Tenn.-With the Thanksgiving holiday, many of us will be spending time with family. For others, who may have loved one far away this Thanksgiving may be a little lonely. That is why Senior Solutions Home Care paid a visit to Elmcroft Assisted Living Center, Wednesday to bring some happiness to residents. The non-profit choose Elmcroft to bring a bundles of carnations to residents to show they care and are thinking about them. “It brings joy to our heart and it brings joy to their hearts as well, just to see the smile and the happiness, said Leticia Browning of Senior Solutions Home Care. Organizers of the event said it is amazing how this small act of kindness can make a difference in the lives of those the seniors who live there.
