Local businesses pitch in with ‘Carl’s Coats for Kids’ program
JACKSON, Tenn. — Dozens of local kids will stay warm this winter thanks to a big donation.
MobileNation teamed up with local media to collect coats and other winter gear for kids in our area.
The donations will go to clients of the Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
Organizers say they collected about 100 coats throughout November and December.
