Kids at Dream Center get Christmas surprise
JACKSON, Tenn.-Today children at the dream center of Jackson got an early Christmas surprise.
Representatives from Kenny Pipe and supply were on hand to donate…$750 worth of Target gift cards to the kids at the center.
This holiday season, 33 kids who live at the center will have the opportunity to do a little Christmas shopping of their own.
“With this money they can go and get whatever they really want for Christmas, instead of getting an donation from someone,” saids Lee Pruett, with Kenny Pipe and Supply.
“A lot of people want to give toys, but this can get them a school jacket or some socks or underwear. Things that they really could use,” Gail Gustafson, executive director of the Dream Center, said.
The kids will go shopping with their parents to check items off their wish list.
