Authorities say cash, ATM stolen from George County store
LUCEDALE, Miss. (AP) – George County Sheriff’s Investigators have asked the public to help identify whoever burglarized the Benndale Superstore, stealing cash and an automated teller machine.
Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Shonna Pierce tells local media that the store, located on Mississippi 26, was broken into early Wednesday.
Anyone with information is asked to call the George County Sheriff’s Office at 1-601-947-4811, or Mississippi Coast Crimestoppers at 1-877-787-5898.
Pierce says tipsters will remain anonymous.
