A Bit Stormy and Wet Today

A wet weather pattern will prevail over West TN today…
as unusually warm and humid airmass interacts with a
meandering surface front.
A line of showers and thunderstorms is pushing into the region
this morning. Some storms could be severe. Flooding rains are
also possible.
The front will push east by this afternoon bringing an end to
rain chances. Temperatures will return closer to normal behind the
front.
A reinforcing cold front will then move into the area on
Wednesday….and the front will bring much colder
temperatures into the area for the end of the week into first
weekend of 2016.
