Sheriff IDs men involved in Henderson Co. shooting
HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — The sheriff’s office has identified both men involved in a fatal Monday night shooting.
Patrick Sampson, 42, of Beech Bluff was killed in the shooting that took place in Flanagan Acres in west Henderson County, according to Henderson County Sheriff Brian Duke.
The sheriff’s office identified Tyler Moody, 24, of Lexington as the other person involved.
Duke said the investigation is still open and ongoing and that no charges have been filed at this time.
The sheriff says deputies responded to the shooting around 9 p.m.
