955 AM CST SAT JAN 09 2015

A strong upper level disturbance and associated cold front will bring scattered showers and perhaps a thunderstorm to West TN today. A few storms will be strong or severe with hail and gusty winds. That threat is generally south and east of Lexington to Bolivar line. High temperatures will be in the 50s…and falling this afternoon. Lingering moisture across the north may produce a brief period of light snow…with very minor accumulations possible mainly north of Dyersburg to Paris line.

Dry weather and below normal temperatures will continue across the
region through midweek.
