Arctic high pressure will remain over the region through mid-week. So
expect dry weather and below normal temperatures. A few passing
disturbances in the upper levels will provide for a mix of clouds
and sun.
Temperatures are expected to moderate by the end of the work week
with rain chances by Friday.
