During the district’s Jan. 7 public meeting, school officials discussed options including adding to the current Medina Elementary School site or even abandoning it completely and building a new facility.

Medina area schools have grown 32 percent since 2010, while the total system has grown 10 percent, according to materials presented during the meeting.
