Sheriff: Man found bound with duct tape after home invasion
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) – Authorities say a Jackson County man was found bound with duct tape at his residence following a home invasion.
The Sun Herald reports the incident took place Sunday evening in Ocean Springs.
Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell says deputies responded to the home after neighbors heard the man yelling for help and found him lying on the floor of his home, bound with duct tape after the suspects had left.
The victim told deputies he heard someone knocking on his door, and before he could answer it, he heard a loud crash as two men forced their way inside.
Authorities are continuing to search for the suspects.
