Accused gunman in store clerk’s death appears in court

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man accused of killing a Jackson convenience store clerk in November was back in court Thursday.

Urshawn Miller appeared in court Thursday morning in Jackson.

Urshawn Miller is charged with six counts including first-degree murder.

His attorney told the court Thursday that Miller will have to undergo more mental evaluations.

He is scheduled to return to court Jan. 28.
