Chester Co. basketball coaches suspended

HENDERSON, Tenn. – Chester County school officials have confirmed that boys basketball coach Tony Lambert and assistant coach John Phelps have been suspended for “violation of school board policy.”

Both coaches will be absent for the Eagles next game on Friday against Bolivar and through the end of the week.

Girls basketball coach Steve Robinson will serve as interim coach along with assistant Timothy Glenn.
