Search for Noah goes into day 4
Volunteers are being asked to rejoin the search
PINSON, Tenn. — After 72 hours, the search for missing Noah Chamberlin continues in Pinson. Volunteers are being asked to come back to join the search
The space at the old Pinson school that was once occupied by eager volunteers has been cleared out.
They stopped using volunteers at 7am Sunday, but in an afternoon press conference the Chester County Sheriff again asked for volunteers.
“There have been numerous people who’ve been working here 24 hours a day,” said Pinson Ruritan Club secretary Liz Mayo. “Going without sleep just to keep a place open for people to come and to gather.”
Rescue workers and volunteers worked throughout the night, but there was no sign of the missing two-year old.
“It doesn’t mean that they’ve given up hope for the search for noah,” said Mayo.
Sunday morning, more than 200 law enforcement officers arrived from all over the state with one goal in mind – find Noah.
Sunday morning, Pinson Baptist Church held a service to pray for Noah.
According to the Chester County Sheriffs Office, this is still a search and rescue operation.
“I have never been more proud to be a part of the Pinson community and the West Tennessee region than the last couple days,” said Mayo.
