Commission recognizes work of volunteers in search of Noah
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.-During their meeting Tuesday morning, Madison County commissioners recognized the work first responders have put into the search for Noah.
Sheriff John Mehr addressed the commission and talked about all the resources the county has used to help in the Chester County search.
Hundreds of volunteers and paid personnel have answered the call this week. Madison County Mayor Jimmy Harris said it shows the kind of people who live in Madison County.
“Even last night when it was like 12 degrees, we had people out searching and it just shows you what our community is all about, and that’s what makes us who we are,” said Mayor Harris.
Sheriff Mehr said the Pinson home where Noah went missing is only hundreds of yards from the Madison County line.
