Police ID man killed Monday in east Jackson shooting
JACKSON, Tenn. — Police have identified a man who was killed in a Monday night shooting at an east Jackson home.
Gregory Robinson, 27, has died after being shot at a home in the 50 block of Larimer Drive, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department.
Officers repsponded around 5:30 p.m. where they found Robinson inside the house suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police say several suspects entered the home and an altercation took place. Officers reportedly recovered illegal drugs from inside the home and found no sign of forced entry, according to the release.
The suspects reportedly left the scene in a 1990s model, metallic-colored, four-door box-style sedan.
Robinson was transported by EMS to a local hospital.
