Warmer Weather is Just Ahead

Weather Update – 10:00 p.m. Monday
With winds gusting between 20 and 30 miles per hour still in West Tennessee, scattered showers are beginning to move through the Mid-South. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible tonight, but some locations may not see any rain at all. Scattered showers will continue until early Tuesday morning as partly cloudy skies start the day. Temperatures will drop to the mid and upper 30s as well as low 40s by sunrise at 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Tomorrow, expect it to be cooler than it was today as highs will be back below average – in the mid 40s. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with mainly dry weather. Clearer skies will take shape on Wednesday with temperatures that could drop back into the mid 20s Wednesday night. Warmer weather is forecast for the weekend with highs in the 60s.
