One killed, one injured in Weakley County crash
SHARON, Tenn. –A weekend crash in Weakley County kills one person and injures another.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says around 1:50 p.m. Sunday in Sharon, a car, driven by Wilma Hill was headed westbound on Old Highway 45.
The THP says Hill attempted to make a left turn onto Highway 45 East.
Troopers say another car, driven by Anikke Brown was traveling northbound on Highway 45 East.
According to the THP, Hill failed to yield the right of way to northbound traffic, and Brown hit hill in the driver-side door.
The THP says Hill was killed in the accident, and Brown was injured.
