Calling entrepreneurs: McNairy Co. chamber to host Small Business Seminar

McNAIRY COUNTY, Tenn. — If you’d like to start a new business or are an entrepreneur in need of advice, a nearby seminar may help.

McNairy County Economic Development and Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Small Business Seminar next Thursday, Feb. 18.

Chamber directors say they hope this event will help keep local businesses open and encourage others to start their own. Organizers say most jobs in the state come from small businesses.

“If you don’t put detailed plans together as to where you want to see yourself a year down the road, sometimes it’s tough,” said Eddie Crittendon, CEO of McNairy County Economic Development and Chamber of Commerce.
